Welcome to J Computer Solutions LLC, a full-scale IT agency that provides web design, web development, app development, hardware support, networking, and devops services. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify and hold J Computer Solutions LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our website, products, or services, or your violation of these Terms of Service.
Payment Clause
By using our software, you agree to the charges in place. All invoices sent are a NET 5.
J Computer Solutions LLC reserves the right to collect all unclaimed invoices through credit/debit authorizations or via Stripe connect transactions. Intellectual property rights of J Computer Solutions LLC shall remain with the company until balances are closed out.
If after 7 days the invoice has not been paid, a 10% late fee will be added to the invoice. If after 14 days the invoice is still unpaid, an additional 15% will be added to the invoice. Finally, if after 30 days your invoice is not paid, it will be placed in collections.
All amounts below $2500 will be addressed in small claims court in Jefferson County, Kentucky pursuant to KRS 24A.230.
All amounts greater than $2500 but less than $5000 will be addressed in Jefferson County, Kentucky District Court pursuant to KRS 24A.120.
All amounts greater than $5000 will be addressed in Jefferson County, Kentucky Circuit Court pursuant to the law.

J Computer Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms of Service will be posted on our website. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky. If legal action is taken by either party, in addition to any other remedies available, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. Furthermore, if J Computer Solutions LLC is required to defend against any legal action brought by you and is successful, J Computer Solutions LLC shall be entitled to countersue for the costs of legal fees plus $2500.
