Proposal: Redo the Web and Mobile App Infrastructure for the National Society For The Sons Of The American Revolution

The National Society For The Sons Of The American Revolution (NSSAR) needs to update their web and mobile app infrastructure. Currently, their online presence is outdated and not equipped to handle the needs of its members.

Web Infrastructure
Platform: WordPress Payment System: Stripe E-commerce Solution: Woocommerce Software Integration: Sage and Tax
We will update NSSAR’s website to use WordPress as the content management system (CMS). It will utilize Woocommerce as the e-commerce solution while integrating Sage and Tax software for financial management purposes. Stripe will handle payment processing.
We work with the original developer who built NSSAR’s Laravel systems, giving us first-hand insight into the architecture. This ensures a seamless transition to the new infrastructure and allows us to optimize the systems for maximum efficiency.
This platform will provide NSSAR with cost savings, as all software will be in-house, and the payment system will streamline payment processing for member dues and donations.
IT Support
J Computer Solutions LLC will provide one dedicated IT engineer on site for a minimum of 5 hours a week to provide IT support and maintain web applications/website updates. The cost of services will be $115 USD per hour.
If the IT support requires 10 hours per week, the rate will go down to $105 USD per hour, and for 40 hours per week, the rate will go down to $99 USD per hour.
Mobile Infrastructure
Backend Framework: Laravel Frontend Framework: Vue.js Mobile Development Platform: NativeScript Vue
NSSAR’s mobile applications will be developed using the latest frameworks and tools. The backend will be developed in Laravel, while the frontend will be developed using Vue.js. The mobile apps will be developed using NativeScript Vue.
Implementation
The implementation of this project will be handled by J Computer Solutions LLC, a reputable tech company located at 2008 West Main Street Louisville, KY 40203. We will provide NSSAR with a team of experienced developers who will work closely with NSSAR to ensure that their needs and requirements are fully met.
